Create a SIP trunk with the same AI carrier wizard used in the app

Runs the native Let AI configure it flow: interpret freeform connection info with the platform SIP AI runtime, create one trunk, then wait until registration succeeds (or IP/digest setup is saved). password is the only required secret and is never sent to the model. Optional deviceConcurrencyLimit and devicePoolKey values are applied as structured overrides; pass remaining carrier fields in the JSON body. The request waits up to waitSeconds (default 90). If the trunk is not connected yet, the response is 202 and clients should poll GET /api/v1/sip/trunks/ai-setup/{id}.
